Welcome to the website of Frank Bowers: singer, guitarist, teacher, typesetter, and the chief operator of Far Afield Studios
Frank Bowers is a boisterous multi-instrumentalist who comes from a musical family, and is a life-long musician. His father was a highly accomplished saxophone and clarinet player and his mother was a talented singer and pianist.
Before moving to Idaho, Frank lived in the metro area of Portland, Oregon. He enjoyed the diverse musical environment in the area, and during this time he expanded his musical skills by studying and performing music with musicians in a wide variety of styles.
